The most recommended seasons for aNepaltrip are spring and autumn.
Spring, which happens between March and May, brings temperatures of 16–23 °C (61–73 °F). Autumn, which occurs between September and November, has a temperature reading of 15–24 °C (59–75 °F).
Between the two recommended seasons, autumn is the more favored season for traveling. This is the peak season for trekking and mountaineering, as clear views of the mountains are guaranteed. Additionally, this is the season for festivities, when the country celebrates Dashain and Tihar – the grandest Hindu festivals in Nepal.
It might be a good idea to avoid going to the country during the monsoon season, when 80% of the country’s annual rainfall lands. This season occurs from the end of June to the middle of September.
Traveling during summer and winter are also not ideal. Summer temperatures can become blisteringly hot, with a temperature reading of up to 28 °C (82.4 °F).
Winter temperatures, on the other hand, are usually at around 9–12 °C (48–54 °F).
